Sure enough when I try to get a jump on writing something, that means there will be something else to write. Especially with the madman in the White House.
president donald j. felon* continued his revenge tour Monday morning by sending federal agents to search the home of Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar, “over her family’s immigration paperwork,” the New York Times reported.
The adjudicated rapist-in-chief has long had Omar in his sights because … reasons.

She’s a woman, she’s a person of color, she’s outspoken, she’s intelligent and, probably worst of all, she’s from Somalia.
The current administration and its hench-people have also targeted Omar in the past, to no avail, including an inquiry into whether she married a brother to get him a green card.
Recently, the Department of Injustice has been looking into “whether her late father, Nur Omar Mohamed, lied or omitted information as he sought legal status in the United States before becoming a U.S. citizen,” according to the Times.
When Ilhan Omar was a child.
So it’s the sins of the father?
Can we now go back and prosecute the whiner-in-chief for things his father Fred did?
While it is unclear what the search warrant was for, Omar posted on social media that she was OK and that the investigation was “an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement.”
She said the president has targeted her for 10 years with “baseless lies and smear campaigns.”
Omar called this “just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation,” adding “I will not be silenced.”
Because we all know how this pathetic 80-year-old acts when he feels threatened — and there is a lot of polling that indicates he should feel threatened — one can only wonder what he is trying to distract us from.
His being a Russian asset, as evidenced by the diesel deal and the continuing efforts to undermine Zelenskyy and the war in Ukraine?
Is there something happening behind the scenes with the Epstein Files?
Or is he lashing out because he knows that his presidency comes to a halt if the Democrats win back the House and the Senate?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: In this administration, cruelty is a feature not a bug.
From slashing SNAP benefits to trying to deport American citizens to ending lifesaving HIV aid to foreign countries, president donald j. felon* and his band of sycophants relish in stoking hatred, fear and intimidation.
So why is anyone surprised or shocked that Secretary of War Crimes Pete Kegseth would announce that the Dec. 3 execution by firing squad of Major Nidal Malik Hasan would be broadcast via livestream?, as the New YorkTimes reported.
Hasan, an Army psychiatrist stationed at Fort Hood, admitted during his court martial that he brought a personal handgun to the base and killed 13 people and wounded 32 others.
He said he carried out the attack on Nov. 5, 2009, “to wage jihad” for what he called the illegal and immoral wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Hasan was found guilty and should be punished. If he is executed, will be the first time by military justice since 1961, the Times said, and he would be the first soldier to die by firing squad since the second World War.
The convicted felon-in-chief has proposed using firing squads more often as a method of execution.
So much bloodlust in someone who received four educational deferments and one medical deferment for the draft during the Vietnam War, don’t you think?
It’s really not difficult to read into what this administration’s group of societal terrorists are doing and assume the worst.
The elderly golfer’s executive order about taking the homeless or the infirm off of the streets could have been and could still be the springboard for rounding up those of us Stephen Miller and his evil ilk don’t like.
On social media, conifergirl.bsky.social suggested that the public execution conjured up by Kegseth “could prove to be trial run for further public executions of those deemed to be ‘enemies of the State’.”
It is easy to assume the worst from people who do not hesitate to show us how awful they can be, even while professing to be Christians, so conifergirl’s post does ring true.
However, I cannot image any rational person thinking that televising the execution by firing squad of a man sitting in a wheelchair is somehow for the public good.
