Here’s a quick post just to get the word out that today is the deadline in 13 states and one territory in order to register to vote in the upcoming midterm elections.
If you live in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and American Samoa, check the chart below and see whether you can still register in person, by mail or online.
I keep reminding people that you need to confirm your voting status. You can do so through the link vote.org. These days, we cannot depend on our state governments to do the right thing and keep valid voters on the books.

Yes, the polls are showing encouraging trends for Dems but if we don’t turn out to actually vote then those trends will mean nothing.
In other words, vote like our democracy depends on it.
