Felon-in-Chief Says Diversity Caused Mid-Air Collision

By Michael Woyton

It certainly didn’t take long this time around for Pres. Donald J. Felon to completely absolve himself of any responsibility for the tragic collision Wednesday of a military helicopter and a commercial jet over the Potomac River in Washington, D.C.

In one Scaramucci, the rapist-in-chief managed to blame two of his predecessors and anyone who wasn’t a white male for the deaths of more than 60 people aboard the two aircrafts.

After a press conference Thursday in which newly installed former Fox News hosts Pete Hegseth and Sean Duffy praised the golf club owner, who is looking more and more like an Oompa Loompa, for his leadership, the president signed a memorandum ordering an immediate assessment of aviation safety.

The memo squarely laid the blame for the crash on the Obama and Biden administrations “that minimized merit and competence in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).”

He tasked reality show participant Duffy and the FAA administrator, who wasn’t even appointed until Thursday, with reviewing the past four years of hiring decisions and safety protocol changes and “to take such corrective action as necessary to achieve uncompromised aviation safety, including the replacement of any individuals who do not meet qualification standards.”

During his televised presser, the president also blamed Pete Buttigieg, who was Biden’s transportation secretary.

” ‘That guy is a real winner,’ Mr. Trump said, sarcastically. ‘He’s a disaster.‘,” the New York Times’s Elisabeth Bumiller reported him saying.

She also wrote that for 30 minutes the president, citing no evidence, blamed diversity efforts at the FAA for lowering standards for air traffic controllers and that the Obama administration had determined the FAA work force was “too white.”

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner.

There weren’t enough white people doing the jobs only they should be doing, the president implied, and that is why more than 60 people were killed.

Never mind that the FAA administrator Michael Whitaker resigned Jan. 20 after co-president Elon Musk told him to resign. The agency levied a $633,000 fine against SpaceX for undertaking missions with unapproved changes, pissing off the man who bought an election. Chris Rocheleau was appointed Thursday, a day after the deadly crash, as acting administrator of the FAA.

Never mind that on Jan. 21 hiring was frozen for air traffic controllers or on Jan. 22 the Aviation Safety Advisory Committee was disbanded or that on Jan. 28 existing federal employees were sent buyout/retirement demands.

It is also being reported that the Reagan National Airport air traffic control tower was understaffed Wednesday evening, with two people handling the jobs of four.

As of this writing, the black boxes from the American Airlines plane have been recovered and are being examined.

While I am certain that a cause for the mid-air collision will be determined, I am not certain that this administration allow the truth to come out because Pres. Felon has already made up his mind.

And we can also be certain that people of color, women and LGBTQ individuals will continue to be scapegoats for anything and everything that doesn’t go as the felon and his worshippers desire.

It's despicable the way Democrats are saying Trump firing the head of the FAA could have contributed to yesterday's tragic plane crash. But it's fair to ask if the crash might have been caused by DEI.
